Although massage is often thought of as a luxury, in actuality it should be a part of one's self care and wellness routine. Like regular exercise, massage benefits all systems of the body, promoting physical as well as mental well-being in a variety of ways. The beneficial effects of massage can range from higher energy levels to the relief of chronic debilitating pain. I offer several different sessions to cater to your individual needs.
I strive for excellence in all of my endeavors. I believe that if something is worth doing, it is worth doing well! In addition to my required studies, I have gathered hours of training in specialized modalities from oncology massage and myofacial therapy to stretching and shiatsu. Even as a skilled wellness practitioner, I will always continue to gain more knowledge and improve.
I believe that the body is a temple and should be treated as such. When we fail to take care of ourselves wholly, this often results in unnecessary physical pain and discomfort. This is why I encourage focusing not only on fitness and clean eating, but also mitigating stress and building healthy relationships. All of these factors contribute to a healthy mental and physical state.
